Have you ever pressure canned?
Only once, and a long time ago. I think they were sour cherries in liquor. I tend to only freeze rather than can, mostly because I never had my own personal large garden. The largest amount of anything I would deal with would be summer tomatoes, but only enough for making a batch of sauce, or fall apples, which were cold stored or made into compote that I froze.

What was the most difficult recipe you ever made?
