Hello, Little Turtle. My observations are the benzo somewhat constrains or reduces general anxiety and helps me remain asleep through the night. Also, it may help with a murky neurological issue. On the other hand, it contributes to "excessive daytime sleepiness" and inhibits focus.

It's a trade-off. I'm left wondering what I've gained and lost with this long-term prescription.
