Honestly it’s the best thing you can do. For me my old clothes were so tight they made me look even heavier. Once you get clothes that fit it’s easier to have a positive body image.

Yeah I'm hoping it helps me. I'm going to build up my wardrobe, replace pretty much everything over the next 4 or 5 months. I'm getting 4 new t-shirts this month, and 2 new pairs of fitted lounge sweatpants (I have jeans that fit). I'll probably get 2 more shirts next month, I'm also forcing myself to get my haircut and eyebrows waxed in a few weeks. It's been over two years since I've gotten my hair cut. It's too long now, so annoying to deal with. I'm also getting a new pair of sneakers finally.
