Agree with what it has been said.
It’s good to have some short-term goals and strategies to get them. Begin with goals to change these things that you can improve with the most probability to success. For example, the relation with your mum. Think about how you are gonna react at these triggering moments. Also consider the other part.
Maybe you don’t have now the strength to achieve these goals but take them into your mind so as soon as you get a little strength, you’ll be ready to do little changes.
Try to see the positive aspects (whichever) all these things you are fed up with.
For example, you don’t like to work at a pharmacy, ask yourself what you could do for yourself to be more comfortable and satisfy with the role you are making there.

If pharmacy is the same to a Chemist’s, consider your important role you make by giving people insight about the products. Think they are there because they are going through a health problem and you can put your grain of sand. I’m very happy with people in my Chemist’s. Sometimes, a friendly smile is a world for any costumer.
