To answer your question Depakote is an anti convulsant that works on both mania and depression (and in my experience even more so mania than depression).
Prozac however is an SSRI/antidepressant that can cause mania/worsen it.
That being said everybody's biology is a little different so even though there is typically a general rule of thumb there will be outliers who might have different experiences from most people which is why there are tons of medications and they're coming up with new ones all the time and it's hard to find two bipolar people on the same cocktail.
