My anxiety has been better and theres a few things that have happened like getting a new therapist, starting a new med, getting on a sleep and med schedule, and I cut back majorly on caffeine. I am mostly down to just one soda a day. I did have an iced tea today though. I'm not sure whats up with the cutting back on soda. I had been inhaling tons of it now I drink one 12oz can or one 20oz bottle when I wake up and I'm good. I go through phases with foods but I've always been a big soda drinker my whole life. I remember my dad putting coca cola in my baby bottle. Gotta love the 90's
