It seems like when I'm on the phone with my mom all we do is bytch bout the weather. She lost power for two days after a storm last week and my city just broke our hottest record yesterday. We're supposed to get storms today (more power outages predicted). Looks like next week is a couple of days in the upper 80's then back into another heat wave.

I remember when I was a kid we'd have days during the summer where the high would be about 60F and it would just rain steadily all day. This would happen frequently. Now that only happens in winter!!!!!
