If you're in recovery you should cut off negitive influences that would revert your thought patterns, like the comments did.

In recovery, you shouldn't be thinking about you weight. I mean, you should as it corresponds to HEALTH, not looks. You will be healthy if you follow your dietition's advice. The advice is hard to follow, recovery isn't easy. It's uncomfortable and you're going to want to stop. Don't. Give it a go.

Make losing weight the healthy way your goal now. Maybe one day you'll decide that you aren't suited to that system. One day in the future. Let them guide you for now, they're not going to try to hurt you. :3 Good luck!

I'm kind of confused by what she said too, by the way... o_o;;; Maybe it's my own disordered thought process that's making it seem like it, but 5 pounds every two weeks right? That's what, 2.5 pounds or so a week? Sound pretty healthy to me. If you're eating well and not being reckless with excersize that it. You need to bring it up with the dietition, they can probably clear it up for you.

And darn it no losing 30 pounds isn't going to be good for your frame, please don't do that. >_<;
