Okay here's my take everyone should have thorough testing and genetic testing. But it's not a perfect world. If I were in your shoes after the genetic testing I'd ask for an allergy test of all the med that the genetic test says is good for you. That way you have few surprises.. it took me 15 years in the mental health system to get the right diagnosis and we're still adjusting meds. But I'm at a point now on my good days I can be left alone for short periods. You know my struggle with meds and drs but I'm so much better than when I was a teen. Can you find a therapist that you click with?
