Why do you I my have one session? I'm guessing it has to do with insurance or something. I wish I knew what to tell you that would be of help. I have had long standing struggles too.i know what it feels like too well. If you have a therapist, even if it's the last session, I might be a good idea to be honest about what you're feeling. I know it's kind of meaningless to say, but I do hope things get better for you.
