Go back to a psychiatrist and get a letter that you are now fit to resume normal work tasks.

If you previously brought a note that you need to work lighter load or cannot work at all, they aren’t going to give you normal task until you present with doctors note releasing you from previous limitations.

They aren’t going to give you harder tasks just because you said you want something different as long as there is no additional note from psychiatrist or GP. They aren’t going to risk it and they shouldn’t.

That’s a typical policy in any work place.

Of course they might not want to give you harder task anyways but you wouldn’t know at this point. Make an appointment with your pdoc

In a meanwhile continue with your current task the best you can and possibly without complains. Even if you get doctors note they might say you have hard time with menial task, how could they give you something more complex.

So keep doing a good job with those articles and call your doctor today
