That's great news!
I often have a cup of hot chocolate before I go to bed at night.
You've reminded me to drink hot chocolate sometimes instead of coffee, LOL. But I keep thinking of it as a "cold weather drink" and we don't get enough cold weather there.
Plus it says "MIGHT" help.
I don't drink
any
liquid before bed as that means more bathroom trips. As a kid hot chocolate didn't keep me up or have that effect.....It does have sugar which hypes me up. It's richer made with milk instead of hot water too.
On the subject of cocoa and chocolate, I know the dark chocolate is better since it's not so sweet. But it doesn't taste as rich and creamy.
