What does "ink for the progress line j/k mean"? 
For me it's taking 20-30 seconds to submit my post. And like Nammu, everything else is working okay, just MSF is slow at the moment. I'm sure it will correct itself at some point, as I do know this happens now & then for some unknown reason to me. (Not being tech savvy I have no clue as to why it happens)
