Hi Kiya...I hope you are throwing something soft in a safe direction. My therapist had me throwing and breaking things for awhile--it felt good to break things--relieved a lot of built up stress. I learned there is nothing wrong with those feelings...boxing them up just made them worse. So, if you need to...throw something! I am sending positive thoughts in your direction....
