Already some really good replies. Recently when I was having one of those attacks, I talked to all the cells in my body (whom I have a high & grateful regard for) & I told them that we are ok & that nothing bad was happening, etc. It turned out that I started to relax & feel better. I hope you find the right trick for you soon.
