I'm coping pretty good today. My anxiety is under control and for the first time in months I'm able to concentrate on reading again. I'm still not anxious about going back to work. I haven't felt that panicky feeling in awhile.

I just get bored of waking up at 1AM and listening to the same 15 songs. I wish I had another song to listen to. I'm listening to this one band every night and I'm also reading the memoir he wrote. Its getting a bit tiresome.
