I'll be honest, I'm in a really bad place right now emotionally and once I read the first sentence of your email to your Therapist, I knew it might be too triggering for me right now. (I had a really, really, really hard night.)
However, I want to send support and hugs and congrats on opening yourself up. At this stage, I can not imagine trusting anyone else to take care of me... let alone my therapist.
