Doing okay. Just stressed cause I was with my family for a while. And I turned off my phone for an hour. I meditated with a candle. I just can't take the phone addiction I have anymore. I need to either just come to terms with using it for certain things, or I can just turn it off for extended periods of time. I hate being attached to my phone.
