in a lot of pain today.

I had to be ready for 7:30 in the morning to see someone off since they are moving, and getting dressed was agony

then I gave the woman a hug, and said goodbye, and it was even more paiin in my back.

that's all I've done today so far and I am done

I have just been sat on my bed trying to relax, but, you guessed it, pain
