I miss you. All of this surgery stuff doesn't sound at all fun... but I'm glad the pain is somewhat diminished, and I'm glad you're here, and I'm glad that eventually you'll have relief from all of this.

I'm sorry about the pain. I wish I could take it away... nobody as nice as you deserves it.

I'm happy to fill-in while you're away, and I'll be happy to step-back when you get back.
