I don't think it'll be beneficial to try and understand why each individual in our community chooses to use the tools we provide them to use to ensure their own safety & reduce their feelings of anxiety. Everybody has different reasons why they choose to put someone on their ignore list, and it's not our place to speculate as to the "why."
