My pdoc had a very over ripe banana on his desk, so I commented about it. He got defensive and in an edgy voice said, "I like my bananas that way." It was really out of character for him to respond in such a manner. The funny part is that every time I see him, I think about asking, "so, how's your banana?" Let your mind do a little Freudian wandering and you will see why I laugh every time I think about it.
