I haven't been going to Overeaters Anonymous meetings lately, but I've been eating pretty healthy.
My endocrinologist gave me a free trial of a device that I can wear on my arm to continuously monitor blood sugar and mine has been in range most of the time. Also, my a1c went down from 6.1 to 5.9. That's still prediabetic range, but going in the right direction. I don't think I'll get full-blown diabetes yet.
