I've been up since 12:30 but I'm not feeling too tired. I got my valium this morning. My mom decided to go pick it up. She called last night and they said it would be ready today. The pharamacy did say something about picking it up early only so many times according to someone or something like that, but my mom said if there was a concern she wouldn't have filled it. I just hope she doesn't go to my doctor but my mom said they won't do that. I did count it when my mom got home and I did get the right amount this time. Now that that situation is taken care of I feel better anxiety wise. I have some bad heartburn from eating about 120 tic tacs this morning and drinking a cold brew coffee but the severe pain and distress I had from the walnuts is gone. Overall I guess I feel decent today and I'm coping pretty good.
