Yes, I ate nothing but organic red delicious apples for 3 days, then took a couple of tablespoons of olive oil on the 3rd night before bed. Drank lots of water...
It's not something for everyone, though...
Another thing I tied which I really should get back into is eating less bread and eating gluten-free (even though I don't have Celiac disease), as that really seemed to clear up my brain fog....
