I spent $76 at the North Face site this weekend. I never got an email confirmation or shipping email but my card was charged and the charge was just processed today. When I spoke to the lady through chat she couldn't find my order and she wasn't helpful. Its supposed to be here on Friday. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone through chat since. Did I just maybe put in the wrong email address? If the charge went through then they must have gotten the order? This is the legit North Face site too that I have used before.
