I talked to someone from ACT today and she said I "should give it a few more months to see if it starts working and the rash goes away." Yeah, no thanks. Been on the injection for four-ish months if I remember correctly and the pill even longer.

My symptoms this summer have been some of the worst I've ever had and I know some of that has to do with substance use, but I feel like I wouldn't be using if I were sleeping, not impulsive, not agitated, not blacking out, and not desperate to get away from my head. Other than the tail-end of my last manic episode I wasn't even using all that much.
