Preheat 375
Dry pork chops with paper towels
Rub olive oil on
Coat with mixture ( brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, the recipe I had didn’t say how much so I just winged it) I had rather a thick coating
Bake in dish for 20 minutes
Both times they came out delicious 😋
