I had a much needed cheat day yesterday. Today I'm back to my normal eating which is kinda restricting but not on purpose. I had a protein shake, a grande pumpkin spice latte, a fruit and cheese protein box, some plant based eggs, and an apple sauce. I'm around 1200 calories which is pretty bad and I feel weird right now and I don't know if its from the lack of food or the heat or what. But I'm really not hungry.
