I ended up drinking a protein shake then eating a decent size boiled red potato last night. I weighed myself this morning and I was 158.6. Idk. My mom doesn't know either. I didn't even get out of bed yesterday. I am still feeling runned down today but I've been getting things done around the house. This morning I ate a container of banana pudding and drank an Arizona drink before 2AM. Then I finished off the apple sauce and had a mini Coke at 7AM. Lunch was a protein shake and a cup of instant mashed potatos. I had another Coke half an hour ago. I plan on having an apple sauce and a protein drink for dinner. Currently with all that I am at 1570 calories with 480 left. I haven't eaten dinner yet and I'm not too hungry for it but I could sleep for 12 hours. Maybe my therapist just won't notice although she did last time and last time I was 159.4

The cookie cake and pumpkin pie have remained untouched.
