Well...no, Moose. Besides, I'm figuring the think-tanks will come up with something before 2035 rolls around. A lot of people around here are already driving electric (or hybrid) cars. There are hook-ups at the library down the street from me and there are always the electric car owners standing around the parking lot chatting, waiting for their cars to charge.
