I had a peep talk with myself and I decided that my rumination and obsession is a form of self harm and people can only do so much for me when I'm the one self destructing with bad thought. Self compassion is what I need to do what are the ways I can show self compassion to myself what are the ways I can show love to myself. Change my thoughts to much compassionate and loving thoughts then I will stop self destructing emotionally.
