You might want to look up meditations on Insight Timer that help with mindfulness and the Buddhist 'practice of loving kindness' towards self and others. Jon Kabat Zinn has meditations on YouTube which might be helpful, as well.
Also, here's a good resource that even has a section about 'ruminating'.
