I felt the change in my body, but I'm not happy about it. The dr thinks insulin resistance lead me here. I knew I was prediabetic before my old dr did. I used to eat like a diabetic avoid sugar, sugar free alot. So I tested normal.

As soon as I eat sugar and quit my old way of eating like a diabetic. I become diabetic wasn't even prediabetic according to dr for a year!

Anyway adding another med to take with food. I'll never get this weight off.
