Do I go above them to alert their manager whose a director that both bosses have refused a sept one on one meeting with me and I haven't had a one to one meeting since my other boss which was like july. And I have made complaints that are being ignored basically. Or least not responded to. I don't know what to do. my next one to one meeting isn't til oct.
