I haven't been too anxious today. Preoccipied about things yeah, but not overly anxious. I have a lot on my mind. I know sleeping well last night helped.
I was super hungry for dinner and I was getting antsy and tonight I was eating something homemade that my mom was making so I wasn't on my own. So I just had to deal with my hunger for a couple hours but then when it was finished cooking, and I ate I felt better.
Overall my anxiety was ok today.
