Calorie wise today was ok. Quantity wise was not so good. I'm getting better and better at controlling my appetite but I'm not really restricting either. I'm just staying the same and trying to stick to 3 meals and a soda or 2. Lately though I've had to wait around for meals to be ready so I'm just stuck dealing with my hunger for an hour or so. I'm not sure if thats restriction or not. I mean it is ok to be hungry sometimes.
