My experience is there are people across all ages and sexes who can be aggressive and unkind . Is it on the upswing? Possibly…. I wonder if it’s connected with our consumer driven society where we’re lead to believe we should get what we want instantly. I see it in my retail job a lot, people who lose their temper if they have to wait one minute. I do feel there is a lack of patience in some people.
