My favorite band from the disco era (I have current ones as well) is Earth, Wind and Fire. The song September is great. I was lucky enough to sit on the stage throwing distance from them when they played a festival here years ago. The CEO was dancing as well so I didn’t feel so bad in front of a huge crowd. Good times.
I bet skating to disco is incredible!

Oh, the cruises sound incredible!
I love to skate to The Bee Gees because their music has a very clear beat. I've always adored the song "More, More, More" by Andrea True Connection. Her YouTube video of that song is soooo '70's, really reminds me of high school; the song was immensely popular back then. I've always wondered...did people listen to the lyrics? Andrea True was a porn star. The lyrics..."Get the cameras rollin', Get the action goin'"...I mean, haha. Sadly, she died of AIDS at a pretty young age.
A lot of classic rock is great to skate to, too.
