I'm coping well regarding my moods and anxiety. The other stuff, eating and sleeping, still needs to be worked on. I read awhile ago that if you don't sleep well you tend to be an undereater while if you sleep a lot you are an overeater. I'm not sure if that was related to depression or bipolar. I don't feel depressed or like my bipolar is out of whack. I just am having trouble sleeping and eating for some reason. I've been working out though which has boosted my self esteem.
