I am achy from excercising yesterday and therefore not too hungry today. I see my therapist tommorow I think, and I don't know what she'll say but probably just that I'm still not eating enough or something. Although it will be shorts weather and the last time I wore shorts and a T shirt to therapy I got chewed out real good by her about the way I looked. Currently I feel like I ate a ton but I only took 3 bites out of my burger. I think I need tylenol more then anything.
