My T related everything to PTSD too. Sometimes I worry he's put me into some sort of "PTSD" box and isn't seeing the whole me.

But on the other hand, I think I'm healing (slowly, slowly, slowly) so maybe it doesn't matter what the label is. Or maybe he's right! Or both
