WFC, that’s great you’ve been going to the gym. I have a hard time motivating myself sometimes but I always feel better mentally after I’ve exercised. My apartment building has treadmills which is nice. I use them to walk briskly as well for 30-45 minutes. I’m too afraid to try running on one. I’m not very coordinated, and would probably trip and fall or something or go flying off it lol
