Mainly I'm just very tired today. I've had a few sodas and some coffee and nothing seems to have worked. I thought I slept decently last night. My anxiety has been fine all day. Physically I feel kinda under the weather. Its hard to tell if its just my anxiety or not. Often when I brush it off as just anxiety thats when its something legit and then when I overeact it turns out to be nothing. It does seem like my SAD is going to be pretty bad this year for some reason. I'm already starting to feel it.
