I was doing so well until I got COVID in August and then then had my vacation as soon as I was well, so it's been hard to get back into the routine. Now I'm exactly a month out from going to the conference I'm presenting at and I'm determined to get some weight down so I can fit back into a few things and feel comfortable while presenting.
I've been doing well slowly getting back on the healthy routine, and feeling quite good about it now. I need to accountable and check in daily on this thread.
With Fall upon us, now the days are getting shorter which means I have to rearrange my work and life schedule again to be able to train outside (both myself and Andy) during daylight, and work at different times.
I can do this though. I can.
