My anxiety really sucks right now. Theres stuff I can do for it but it will mess up other things I worked hard on. I'm too anxious to eat even though thats probably one of my main issues right now. Plus eating doesn't really help my anxiety anyways. Like I feel my overall anxiety is ok. Then at times its not. I don't know what I need tbh
