@QuietRobot996 welcome to MSF My Support Forums. I am sorry you are experiencing challenges. Working on relationship issues can be complex. Have you considered getting a marriage counselor?

If you are trying to work on your own anger, mindfulness can be a great option to help manage by creating a pause between what other people say and what we say. That space can allow us to not react with an imflammatory comment. Here is one way to start the process of anger management. Ever Get Really Mad? How Mindfulness Helps In The Moment - YouTube

If your wife wants to work on anger management issues of her own, you can help by not saying things that might imflame the situation. Sometimes this means nodding a lot and "I hear you" and other non verbal cues you are listening.

Both of you might find this video of interest Jon Kabat-Zinn Q & A: Working with Anger and Frustration Towards Others - YouTube

Hope you get the support you are looking for ! @CANDC
