I just read an article from the local hospital paper, about how many middle age women especially are being dx'd with COPD! It's from smoking when younger.

It's an addiction that I hope you are able to quit. FL had a program recently where you could get free patches and support to stop... wondering if AR has anything like that? And today, Walt Disney World just went totally smoke free environment. That sure helps people like me who need every clean breath she can get.
