I feel bad today my back still hurts from the trauma 3 weeks ago from trying to lift an oak 4 drawer filing cabinet. and my left knee is hurting me from a fall 4 months ago.
I am trying to get into the PT office that I choose not them.
I will have to call back and explain that I need a referral for laboarde PT
Maybe I will just go to the PT place early and ask them to fax a request for a referral. I have an appointment with them already on the 17th next monday.
I need a referral for insurance to pay for it.
my arm left one is hurting from the covid booster(got both today) and the right one is fine today from the flu shot.
We will see how tomorrow is.
