I was feeling pretty sick this morning and I was worried I'd have to go to the ER. I also felt guilty about cancelling my therapy appointment because it was already virtual. But I took some cough medicine and slept all day and through the time my therapy appointment would have been. So when I woke up I felt less guilty about that. I don't really feel much better physically but I don't feel like I need to go to the ER anymore at least.
